We offer free shipping pan India for all orders over Rs.500. For orders below Rs.500, we charge Rs.80 for delivery.

We add insulation to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days. We ship the orders on business days Monday thru Thursday to prevent the package from sitting idle at the courier.

       

Dispatch is via Delivery priority courier. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order and receive an estimate of delivery day. These policies are to ensure your chocolate reaches you in good condition.

      

Unfortunately we do not have total control on the shipping carrier that we use. Hence, we are not responsible for any delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without notice. Once the orders are dispatched, You will receive the parcel within 2 - 15 business days. 

    

   We do not accept returns since Chocolates are food items.

​International Shipping

   We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our shipping is limited to INDIA. Please check back with us in the future for updates on our shipping policy.

Cancellation Policy

   If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

   We will contact on the phone number/ e-mail id provided to us upon you placing an order to confirm the details of the order, the price paid/ to be paid and estimated delivery time. You shall not be entitled to cancel the order once you have received the above confirmation from us. If an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation of the order, we will inform you of such unavailability. In which case:

1. If You have made the payment: you will be entitled to cancel the order and refund of the full amount paid for the services.

2. If you opted for cash on delivery: You will be entitled to cancel the order.

 

We reserve our sole right to cancel your order if:

1. We cannot reach you to confirm the order.

2. The delivery address provided by you is not within the places of service.

3. Failure to deliver your order due to the lack of necessary information.

4. Unavailability of the items ordered.

Refunds:
   Once we receive your email or call on kukulchocolates@gmail.com or 9865140765 for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 3-7 business days.
